Rachel Young

Rachel Young is a freelance sculptor, photographer, metal-smith, and illustrator who lives in Dana Point, California with her husband, dog, cat, and two snakes. She rediscovered her love for sculpture in 2005 and has been sculpting in earnest ever since. Her sculptural work has been featured in Spectrum 16, and her jewelry and photography have won awards in local competitions. At the moment, she is exploring her love for mythology, anatomy, and creature design in her sculptures, and is currently planning on creating a body of work sufficient for a solo gallery show.
